"Got my order wrong 3 times and had an attitude about it as if it was my fault. Inside was closed for breakfast but the doors were unlocked and they were very rude to customers. Didn’t even apologize for the constant incorrect order."
"I went and ordered on my app. I went to the drive through to pick up my food it took a while for them to give me my food. Then in the drive through window I see a gentleman his pants are hanging off his butt you can see his underwear and then he had a Snoop Dogg shirt on. I don't think that's Wendy's protocol. My order was wrong I don't have the time to go back and have it corrected this is not the first time that my order is wrong."
"Highly disappointed in the night shift staff. First we sat waiting in the drive thru line for 23 min before even ordering. They were rude and bothered. Rolling eyes and just blatantly just staring at us & speaking about us in Creole/French. I speak both! It really hurt his feelings that they didn’t give him the experience he expected. They had issues with us wanting to fix our order. Also our food was cold. They really need to get better management!"
"The manager Katrina on 2nd shift is unprofessional and closes the store early I arrived 15 mins before the sign on the door says 10pm and they closed at 9:45pm the Mgr needs training on how to manage. Thus store is a mess only wendys I have issues at. I don't think there is a district Mgr to even report this too."
