"NASTY This restaurant was extremely filthy and nasty with dirt everywhere in the dining room and bathroom. The food was average at best with my chicken breast being served warm not hot. The staff was very slow and acted like they hated their jobs."

"I’m a huge fan of Pollo Tropical and always visit to eat here with family. However there’s been a recent trend of restaurants closing down and not providing the quality the restaurant represents. I ordered a family chicken meal and the sweet plantains as my sides. They came extremely burnt. I didn’t want to complain or bother the workers but how can you serve this to people knowing it’s burnt? I got my money’s worth but the lack of consideration or quality is just inexcusable."
