"Today was my first time here and probably the last since I am not a local to this area. After seeing all the bad reviews, I was only stopping by to pick up my mobile order at the counter and would take it elsewhere to eat ir, but the staff was so friendly and the place was so clean that I decided to eat in. The food was greatly prepared. Kudos to the management."
"I do remember a time and I didn't think it had changed that the tagline for Burger King was have it your way or something of that nature... Apparently asking for anything without a bun and putting it in a platter is a problem for this location. All Burger King locations if they're not going to take care of customers and make it a pill as an experience should just shut down all together. I love the food but I can't stand the service of most of these locations."
"Every time I go I'm asked to park by the front door and wait, even when I order ahead in anticipation. They always miss something or forget an item or sauce which causes me to come inside the store. This defeats the purpose of a drive-thru."
"The staff had an attitude problem. They wrapped low carb burgers in paper, ketchup everywhere and didn’t even give napkins. When they messed up my sons food they had an attitude about fixing it and the food was not fresh Do Better Burger King !!!!!"
"We missed the turn in for McDonald's so I said let's just stop at the Burger King. That was stupid cause we pull in to the drive thru and see iced coffee on the menu so we ordered a #1 with an iced coffee. We hear someone say "we serve iced coffee here"? The lady says "we don't serve iced coffee". So we end up ordering 2 S/E/C breakfast sandwiches and a small hashbrown. Okay fine we'll just get iced coffee elsewhere. The total was $11.58 so we pull up to the window, we pay then get our bag of food. The pictures are of the hashbrowns we received for the $2.09 + tax we were charged. Not only that but I tried calling for the next 30 minutes non stop and didn't receive an answer to the phone ringing over and over."
