Miami Grill

"I just wanna note I came here for the nostalgia and should’ve just stuck with what I known ( which is the gyro) lol I branched out because that’s what people do when they hype up a place like this to others.. I ordered the chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich.. and like most I work in food so I know what cook to order means .. cooked to order does not mean a 30 minute wait … it also does not mean frozen food so imagine my surprise when my friend bit into their food and told me immediately no and started vomitting the food out of their mouth to my confusion ( because I waited a good amount of time for this food ) ( and before I’m called a liar I was able to watch a full American dad episode to give you an idea- with commercials) lol my wings were great but everything else seemed either refried or just not fried enough perhaps .. the customer service was great the food however I won’t put myself through this again unless I go to Miami physically and enjoy my experience once more. I appreciate everything but maybe next time let’s do better .. and as for my refund for the frozen/refried fish sandwich ( before you call me broke .. it’s about the principle) and although I’m willing to let someone fix it I rather not have to go through that again if you get my drift. Thank you so much , but not again"

"I ordered a salad thru a food app. Paid almost 15 for a Greek salad....this is what I got. Only brown lettuce a sprinkle of cheese and black olives. No veggies, no carrots, no banana peppers as promised i think there was supposed to be eggs also. No pita.no silverware nor dressing was included. Thanks a lot. ~hungry and disgruntled"

"Nostalgic surprise. Passed by and found a Miami Subs here in Orlando. Best part it came fully equipped with a bar. Kay had great service and awesome conversation. She made us some tasty drinks. The storefront was well lit, plenty of parking and the inside was clean. The staff was easy going and helpful. You could tell they worked as a team. Food was hot, crispy and tasty. The wings didn’t disappoint. Y’all go and check them out. Especially my folks that moved to Orlando from SoFlo."

"Our experience at Miami Grill was not the best. We anticipated a wait, but it ended up being almost 2 hours, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, we had to repeat our order multiple times, which was a bit annoying. We had to do it once at the ordering screen, twice at the pick-up window, and even to the person who brought our food to the car. The food itself was nothing special and felt quite generic. We order two 10 piece crispy wing meals. However, despite these issues, I am willing to give Miami Grill another chance and hope that they can improve their service and food quality in the future."
