"We ordered food online. The wings were stale. Plus, they did not have salt and pepper for the fries. When I requested salt and pepper, they said that they would have to charge me close to a dollar for salt and pepper. This is the most bizarre thing I have ever heard. Kids needed salt and pepper, so I went for it anyway. This terrible experience leaves a very bad impression! Please improve your quality and service buffalo wild wings!"

"I happened to be in town for a steelers game, and didn't realize that this BW3 is the home of the central Florida fan club. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and a generous non-profit to boot. The restaurant itself was clean, with EXCELLENT customer service and good food. Nice place, I look forward to returning."
"We ordered buffalo tater tots, which came cold, Although we Informed the server he swapped it. The wing’s quality was poor barely had meat on it. The booths and tables are not cleaned properly. The server was nice. But need a good general manager/ manager to run this place. The entire staff looks pretty young and looks like they are being forced to work. They really have to focus on cleaning and maintaining this place in good conditions."
