"ABSOLUTELY disgusting nasty place. Trash all over the floor and dirty tables while workers do nothing but to look at their phones. Same goes to the panda express. How sad to see the level of quality going down the drain of what was once a great place. I noticed all the workers were afro americans so make your own conclusions."

"I wish there was a negative rating. I have never been more disgusted in a restaurant. There was trash everywhere. All over the floor, the tables were disgusting. I walked in with my family, took one look around, I saw one person eating. So there was no reason for this. All of the employees just standing there. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. Fortunately I got my family out of there very quickly."

"Ridiculously expensive. I get it, its city walk, but when an 8 piece nugget is normally $3 it sends me through a loop seeing an $8 6 piece. Didnt get asked if we wanted a meal. So got no drink OR fries. Just unorganized, not a good place to eat. Might as well make a reservation for a nice place because you will spend the same amount if money. Dont waste your time. Ive had better BK in Oklahoma."

"If I could give this place a negative number review I would. The atmosphere and cleanliness was horrible. I asked both the cashier and line cooks about Sauces and no one answered. The line cooke walked away from me mid sentence and huff and puffed. If you are apart universal studios I expect one to be friendly and respectful you experience none of that here. I manage a restaurant I understand the stress of being busy but I always tell my employee's that is never a reason to loose respect for our guests."

"Whopper bar with special burgers. Don't expect too much besides a perfect burger. Been coming here every time we go to Universal. It's always one of the best Burgers I ever had. (I eat A LOT of special burgers). Seating is sparse and don't expect to lounge back in a relaxing atmosphere after a day in the parks. But boy the burgers are good! BE aware it's located in a mini foodcourt so this is not a burger king burger king. But on the plus side if any one in your party does not want the best burger they ever had they go to panda express and sit with you."
