Taco Bell

"Ack! Gag! Barf! Taco Bell has truly become "Taco Hell". The crunchy delicious flavors we loved of the past are now long gone. Self-service has gone horribly wrong-- automated ordering leaves the customer abandoned to try and devine what is what by themselves without counter assistance. Service is supremely slow. Taco shells have been thinned to the point that they readily crumble spilling the content into the wrapper. Protein portions have been curtailed to a bare minimum and the former delicious blends of flavors in good proportion are no more. Delete this TB from your "favorites" list and seek a suitable replacement... Rest in peace."

"Steer clear of this Taco Bell if you value your time and sanity. I visited this place hoping to redeem a 'buy any item, get a free taco' offer, but was met with a level of service that was nothing short of appalling. To my disbelief, there was no menu displayed at the counter, only an unchanging advertisement. When I inquired about a menu, I was told to use the kiosk for my order where a menu was supposedly available. I asked if it would allow me to enter the coupon and was told it wouldn’t and I’d have to order it with him. Back to square one. Can you imagine a restaurant without a menu at the counter? It felt like a joke, but the staff was dead serious. To add to the confusion, their menu items and deals seem to change every other week. One week they have nacho fries, the next they don't. How are customers supposed to keep track of their ever-changing offerings without a menu? When I asked to speak to the manager, the staff member returned to tell me that he couldn't find her. Is this a fast-food restaurant or a hide-and-seek playground? The chaos didn't end there. An elderly gentleman who followed me had trouble using the kiosk and wanted to pay in cash. He had to redo his entire order with the cashier and, unsurprisingly, he needed a menu too. If you plan to dine in this Taco Bell, be prepared for a menu-less ordering experience with terrible customer service. You're expected to have your order and its cost memorized when using cash or have to ask a question or…. Is this the new norm for Taco Bell or just this location? If so, count me out! Not that it really matters…couldn’t even speak to a manager."

"Weighted 16 minutes for my dine-in order. Even after I went up to the counter, six orders went out before mine went out. It was two items. I got a oh so sorry twice and when I did receive my bag they missed one of the items. Unbelievable!, but believable"

"I was so exited to eat my favorite meal in the menu, the Mexican Pizza but once I tasted it OMG ,Just nasty! Like I can’t find other words to describe how bad this Mexican pizza from Taco Bell was. Like I am scare to go back to this location and order this again."

"Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and then another 30 minutes inside for this. They were making orders one at a time because they were so slow and still were this mind blowingly careless. Got home after all this nonsense and there’s no sauces in the bag! I don’t think I could do a worse job if I tried. Don’t go here!"
