"I have used this Chipotle for years. And I will say the employees do not have it easy. Always slammed with tourist and a line out the door most of the time. My husband and I always order ahead. I always show up 10-15 minutes late because I know they can get backed up. Had to wait a few times and never get upset cause you can see they are working their butts off. But today I left unhappy. I ordered 2 burritos. I look in the bag when I get to my car and one is a bowl, ok no big deal I also like the bowls. But when I see the size of the burrito I immediately knew it was on the small side. I have been seeing complaints online about the portion sizes if you order ahead and had never had an issue but finally the time was here. I went back in and told them my order was made wrong and I didn’t have a problem with that, but I did feel the burrito was small compared to the ones we usually get at this location. Instead of any sort of apology for the mix up with the bowl I was immediately met with “if you want extra portions you have to pay for it.” I told them I wanted the correct portions as it was small. Finally they asked if I wanted it remade. Guy who made it was clearly unhappy about it and definitely put extra portions in it. Thanks but not what I wanted. Just wanted the correct size burrito. I already am getting less than I paid for as the bowl is cheaper, I want to at least make sure I am getting a decent size burrito. Just poor customer service. I work in the food industry and know what it’s like. I try to be as hassle free as possible, but this was just disappointing."
