Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered a large cheese pizza and found a long hair while eating the third slice. This is unfair because now I will never trust papa John's pizza again, it's disgusting. They also have guys tossing the dough with bare arms, I must of gotten some guys arm hair in pizza...."

"Wow, this is such a horrible location. Food always comes late. Usually double the time quoted always ends up being cold and wrong. I don’t think they really know how to make pizza when you call to let them know about the issues and when they finally answer the phone or don’t put you on hold for half an hour, the manager decides that it’s OK to give you Attitude when you tried to talk, they put you on hold again. What a horrible location please do not buy pizza from this location."

"Twice so far this year 2023, I’ve ordered a pizza and by the time I get it, it’s not hot! More like lukewarm and with the cheese solidifying and not cheesy and have to put in the oven. I don’t live that far but dang. I’m now going to start ordering from Dominoes which is literally in front my subdivision. Just sad as I like Papa John’s but pizza has gone down hill. One time last year, I ordered a pizza and watched status and got a notification stating it’s delivered but found no pizza. I ended up having two different people deliver the same pizza after I called PJ. I turned away the second one."

"Have ordered a number of times from this location and food is almost always perfectly made - properly cooked, with the right modifications and substitutions, and with a really nice presentation (sometimes these look better than the web/app photos which is rare to find!). The location isn't the best, but they definitely make up for it with what you get."

"I ordered an online pizza for pickup with a 25-minute wait time, and when I arrived at the store, I spoke with a pregnant lady named "Angel," who informed me that they would have to remake my pizza without explaining why. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the remade pizza. When I got home, I discovered she had given me a burnt pizza, which I could barely eat. I immediately called the store to inform them. She later had me speak with a manager in order to credit my next order; today, I contacted the store to place my next order, and "Angel" informed me that it was another Manager from another store who said he would credit me, and she then provided me with the other store Manager. When I called the other store, the unidentified Manager stated that he couldn't credit me because I had never purchased the pizza from his location. It's crazy how they will take money from people while serving burnt and stale pizza with poor customer service. In the beginning of our conversation, I advised “Angel” that I still have the pizza and could show proof that I paid for it, but she still refused to assist me. STOP STEALING PEOPLE MONEY & DO BETTER."
