"Our daughter has Celiac Disease and we had a great experience at the Mall of America location, so we wanted to go to this location when visiting Universal Studios. With it being our first time here, we wanted to double-check that everything ran the same. Kelly B. reassured us that there was a dedicated fryer for fries, gluten-free hamburger buns, and that our daughter would be taken care of. After we paid, we verbally said thank you and explained why Kelly B. did an exceptional job, and she put my daughter and us at ease. She went into further explanation of how the head chef or manager brings out the food for allergies. I had no idea. We will continue to go to a Margaritaville when available. THANK YOU, Kelly B. For the other six of us, our food was great, and service was excellent. Clean establishment and rest rooms. Walk-up bar is available on the side of the building. Sign said 1 drink per person. Management - please give Kelly B. the recognition she deserves."

"What a wonderful place the margaritas were amazing the food impeccable, and the dessert. Keylime pie was so good. I wanted more even though I was so full. The atmosphere was perfect music, lovely service wonderful I can’t think of a bad thing to say about this place we didn’t wait at all to get in, even though we had no reservation, good recommendations by the server he ate exactly what we wanted to felt like you were in an island restaurant somewhere in in the Bahamas or the Cayman island. I would eat here again anytime I totally highly recommend eating at this restaurant."

"My husband & I came to city walk for a show and decided to eat here beforehand. I originally ordered the shrimp Mac & cheese, but the server also let me know they could do chicken instead if I wanted (which I did). Service was a little slow, but you could also tell they were busy so it was fine and to be expected. My husband ordered the jambalaya and he said he liked it just fine. Nothing negative to say. Had a good amount of salt and heat to it. Fun restaurant for a vacation!"

"Salmon and hamburger was delicious. Service was fast and staff was knowledgeable on gluten free options. Lovely atmosphere with great margaritas. We tried lemon and blueberry margarita was super nice and strong. Perfect margarita was lime ams salty. Both were successful. Enjoy the great view!"

"Posting review late, we visited here on September 20, 2023 First visit here and it was okay. We can at least say we've been here now. I love Jimmy Buffet, but wasn't super impressed by this location. It was very crowded even though it was a Wednesday afternoon. But it was expected since it's right next to Universal Studios and Island Adventure. The food was good, better than expected. I would recommend a burger if you're in the mood. The decor of the restaurant was really cool though, I especially liked the maps on the ceilings! Overall it was a good experience and we'll probably visit again, just earlier in the day."
