"Went for brunch. It wasn't very busy. Table of 4. Ordered coffee. No offer to refill before they took our mugs away. Water glasses sat empty. Had to ask a couple of times. Food was pretty good, though someone needs to work on their over easy eggs. Yolks were overcooked. This is the first place I've been to where gratuity (@ 18%) was added to the check for a party of 4. I can understand a business doing that in a high tourist area. However, i would also expect to get at least the chance to have more coffee and not have to ask twice for water. Also, I'm a 20+% tipper, so..."
"I was a guest to this hotel for three nights and every night I ate at the restaurant and each of the servers and the hostess were wonderful people. They were very caring and helped me make decisions on what to order and they were each very wonderful making me feel special. I wish I lived nearby just to eat here again. The food was good indeed but the service was amazing. I was served by Edwin, Stephanie, Viviana on each of the nights, and one other precious lady for breakfast this Sunday morning, and the hostess was Sophia on all three of the nights. These beautiful people really made me feel like I was family. I am very grateful and wish them all good things and blessings . Well done!"
