"Went through the drive through and was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait because they had to fulfill the Uber and DoorDash orders first. Why do the delivery orders take precedent over customers that are at the window?!"
"Went in before closing time to order takeout and was told drive thru only, which would’ve been fine but when we went to do individual orders condescendingly told us that we couldn’t do more than 2 orders. Rude & unprofessional."
"Slow as molasses. If you’re not coming through the drive through, you’re ignored. I know there’s nice people working here, and the manager is great, but man! I wish it weren’t so slow. Always a pain. I only come here to avoid the Winter Garden area."
"Never had a problem like this. The only reason this isn’t getting a one star is due to the history. But come on. Not cooking a quesadilla? That’s literally half of the work. The rest of the food was cold too, and not put together well. Fiesta potatoes were ice cold. The dude in the drive thru seemed rude as well. Really unfortunate."
"Once again disappointed by taco bell... Second time, and different location that has forgotten my chips and cheese. Also, the tacos were very disappointing. The lack of every thing on them was crazy. (this has never happened before) It was basically just a shell. Usually they are stuffed. Overall, very upset."
