"Everyone was absolutely amazing, from my first call to make a new patient appointment to my arrival for the first time. I could definitely tell staff truly cared about me and everyone was sincere. I was appreciative of prep and approach, in addition to the illness they cared about my mental health. To be asked how are you coping and to be proactive with information ready to share for support groups, financial concerns and transportation. Wow! They anticipated my needs, they went above and beyond to calm my fears. Dr. Stroud was so kind and assured me that Ackerman Cancer Center would guide me every step of the way.
