"Spent almost 10$ on 2 quesadillas for them to be burnt and 2 beefy 5 layers for the beans to be dry they were both the same way but Taco Bell’s closed now so I can’t replace my food"

"No issues with the wait or anything, and staff was nice, but my beloved got a mexican pizza and couldn't eat it because it tasted strongly like chemicals. I looked it up, and it's the fryer grease, so we were less worried after, but we still could not eat it because of the taste. We went at around 10pm though which is abt an hour before closing so I understand that they wouldn't change the grease at that time; however I wish they'd had told us they couldn't sell that particular item instead."

"The food was freshly made and really good. Service was quick and it's so good that the orders are correct. We ordered from KFC and Taco Bell so that's really an accomplishment! The one downside when we were in there was the dining room was bad. No clean tables and the floor needed swept everywhere. It was past lunch time, and there wasn't a line, but maybe it was left after the lunch rush. Again, let me repeat how good, hot and fresh the food was!"

"My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite (plus, I needed some Taco Bell). When we pulled up, the employees were outside taking a quick break, but 2 of them quickly made their way in as we got out of the car. When we walked in, we told them they could ha e finished their break, we weren't really in a hurry. The young lady taking our order smiled and said it was okay. I could immediately tell that something was wrong. She took our order and handed us our cups. We got our drinks and sat down. The dining area wasn't spotless, but it wasn't nasty like some other locations I've been to. A few other customers walked in, and the young lady took their order promptly. Before our order came out, I could hear a man yelling at someone in the back. I looked up and the poor young lady who took our order was visible upset over his yelling. Not crying, but you could definitely tell her discomfort. She called our number and my husband went to pick up our food. Our food was properly made to order and, of course, very tasty. (My husband had KFC.) This man continued to yell at whomever he was speaking with in the back the entire time we were eating. I'm not sure if it bothered anyone else, but it certainly did bother me and my husband...and the young lady taking orders. She actually came out to the dining room after everyone got their orders and began to clean the tables, then sweeping the floor. I have no clue what the problem was with the man in the back. I'm only to assume he was the manager, but yelling at your employees is one thing....yelling at them loud enough that your customers in the front can HEAR you.....sir, THAT is unacceptable. If you need to reprimand your employee, that should be done in an office. If you need to reprimand them as a group, that should be done when NO ONE is in your restaurant! It is unacceptable to publicly reprimand employees. If there is a problem, it needs to be solved behind closed doors. EVERYONE in that dining area could hear EVERY WORD that was being said and I don't appreciate some of the language that was being used. I don't care to hear it, much less while I'm trying to eat! Please, if you go to this location and hear this person scream cussing his employees, please get the corporate or franchise owners number and make a phone call. He needs to be reprimanded himself!"

"I stopped by after church on Sunday and it did take a while to get my food in the drive-thru. However the employee let me know that they had just received a big order and that it would take a little longer to receive my food. I ordered a couple items off the Cravings Menu and both were very tasty!"
