"Upon entering around 730p on a Sunday, there was no host at the stand and no direction on whether we should seat ourselves in this nearly empty restaurant. We decided to sit at the bar, since it was a safe choice and were greeted with menus. We ordered an old fashioned and gin drink. They were great and the waitress was friendly. Unfortunately, our delight was shorted lived because a boisterous couple came in. They were yelling across the bar at other patron as well as each other and the staff did nothing to get them under control. This ruined our experience entirely. We ordered 3 items, the shishito peppers with chorizo, the bone marrow appetizer and a teres major steak. When they came out, they looked phenomenal. Great plating and beautiful colors. Unfortunately that is also where our delight ended with the food. The marrow was bland and tasted like soft tofu and nothing of marrow. The shishitos were missing any semblance of flavor or char and the chorizo tastes like ground pork. The steak seemed to be sous vide to a great internal temp, but the sear was nearly non existent. Overall, fun to look at, not worth the money if you enjoy flavors in your food."

"Had brunch with a group of girlfriends today, and the atmosphere was clean, friendly, inviting and great! The shrimp and grits and BEAC sandwich were delicious, and all around the table were vibrant colors and choices of appealing and appetizing foods. Will definitely return."

"My husband and I went here Thursday night for a date night. We are from New York and was just in town for a few days visiting family but wanted to have a special date night! I immediately fell in love with our waitress/bartender, she was super funny, laughed at all my husbands snarky jokes and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I had in total 4 drinks and I don’t really drink that often but they were all amazing. I highly recommend the lemongrass mule and the flamingo drink. We had so many amazing dishes, the chicken wings as an app. I want to bathe in that sauce. For entrees my husband got the Wagyu and I got the clam carbonara. Both were so good and really fresh tasting. I really appreciated the presentation as well. You can tell the chefs really care about the food and the impression they make with It. Then we had the banana pie and chocolate ganache for dessert. When I say I have never been more impressed with a ganache I am not kidding. The chocolate was creamy and the toasted almonds on It were sooo delicious. The banana pie was equally as good and I love the different textures from smooth pie and the crunchy topping. Next time we are back in new port richey this will be first stop for another date night."

"First time there, and the food was absolutely amazing. The clams, salmon, salad, fried okra, smoked mahi fish dip, and banana pie dessert were delicious. The drinks were also good and strong. I would suggest that the staff ask if it's the first time there and go over the menu just a tad. We did ask some questions, and she jumped right in to help. But that should be an ice breaker. We will definitely be back and highly recommend"
