Arby's

"I will never patronize this Arby's location again. I had dinner here in November 2023 and paid with my debit card however the charge did not show up on my checking account as it normally would. I continued to monitor my checking account for the next few days and it still did not appear. Then on January 31, 2024 a charge from Arby's appeared. I had forgotten all about the visit in November and immediately thought my debit card had been compromised and contacted my bank to notify them and to have a new debit card issued. Then a friend who had been with me at the visit in November reminded me about how my debit card had not been charged that evening and I realized I was now being charged for that meal over 2 months later! I was not looking for a free meal but I stopped at the restaurant to speak with a manager who immediately became combative and tried to say I most likely didn't have the money in my checking account in November and the system was now charging me for it. That was not the case and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused by their billing system tried to put the blame on me. As I said, I was not asking for a free meal but expected at least an apology for the inconvenience it caused me but instead the manager was defensive and combative. I will never go to this Arby's again!"

"It's Arby's. We didn't go there for atmosphere. The food was typical. The young lady taking our orders was very friendly. It was after 8PM on a Saturday night and a group of eight of us wanted a quick bite and a place to talk. There were less than a half dozen people besides our group inside at any time. I have no idea if the drive through was busy, but it took at least 15 minutes for our orders to start coming out."

"And don't usually review fast food restaurants because they are pretty consistent across the board..... But I have to say Arby's big game burger is probably one of the best hamburgers you can get at a fast food restaurant. It's not greasy. It's juicy. It's flavorful and it looks just like the picture which I think in today's world is an amazing feat itself. And the crinkle cut fries are now my new favorite fries for fast food."

"The food isn't as good as it used to be. I paid nearly $10 for this little bit of food. Just the 3 pc fish strips was nearly $5 without the fries and drink. The gyro my son got me from here this past Monday had very little gyro meat in it. His had more (he compared both). First picture is what I got (took right after I got out of the drive thru lane), 2nd is picture on board. Fish strips was good, no compliant on how the food tasted."
