"We went through the drive thru before heading home... The employee at the window was very nice, and our food was given to us quickly - which could sometimes mean that the food is cold - not in this case! Our food was hot and tasty!!"

"Horrible, horrible, they never answer the phone after they mess up your order. Had Uber eats delivered and my whole order was wrong and cold. Tired to call the store and night shift NEVER!!!!! ANSWER the phone. I’m so unhappy and I didn’t receive my receipt so I can do the online survey, only got the expeditor ticket, which is not the receipt. I will be calling corporate in the morning this is not the first time, this has happened. I will definitely start ordering from the one in Port Richey US 19 at least if they do mess up an order they answer the phone and make it right. I will NEVER order from here again and will post my food on my social media platform to assure that we don’t have situations like this ever again from a place of business, where we pay our hard earned money to get distasteful and cold orders, also have ingredients on it that you specifically don’t want on it and was specified on the receipt. I’m highly upset and lost my appetite. Now have to re order my food elsewhere. Thumbs down!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely garbage. Everyone that works here seems to be smoking crack or something and has a 4th grade reading level. Spent forever in line 2 hour prior to them closing and they can’t seem to get orders right. Messed up my order several times and still couldn’t manage to correct it properly. Simply wanted 2 combos, messed up one burger, didn’t give me my drinks and only gave me one fry. Got so fed up, it wasn’t even worth wasting the time to tell them they messed up. Was also cold on top of all of that. Extremely disappointing. They make $15 an hour just to what? Mess up orders all day long? But yeah, definitely come here if u like your orders cold, messed up and dealing with confused adult children."

"The woman running the drive thru allowed several vehicles in the other lane to place their order before I could. I called her out on it and she became rude with me. While at the window she said I didn't have to be rude to her. BK has gone downhill fast. I will not be going back because of that employee. I tried to comment on the survey, but it wouldn't pull up. I assume she voided the purchase so the code doesn't work to access the survey."

"Everything is usually okay. It was nice we received extra fries. But, I bit into either a piece of bone or plastic this evening while eating nuggets. Hopefully my tooth pain will go away on it's own eventually."
