"I’ve been a loyal customer for seventeen years and honestly have never been disappointed! Danielle and Frances are excellent! Multi-tasking takes on a whole new meaning with these two. Up until recently, they were the ones that would answer the phone, remember my name AND my favorite order! Incredible. I’m not sure exactly when, but something changed. Their system is now answered by a centralized ordering process which isn’t friendly.. they don’t remember my name and they certainly don’t know my preference of orders. I actually just placed a call to their centralized ordering system to complement Danielle which didn’t go well at all. The person that answered the phone was not friendly, was not appreciative of the fact that I was calling to complement their staff. Very unfortunate. I also have noticed that Francis is no longer working here. I’m not sure if that maybe has something to do with the new ordering system but Danielle by herself is absolutely incredible. She’s works the front and cooks simultaneously, while maintaining a positive, smiling demeanor! She’s a great ambassador for the business! I hope the owners realize and appreciate the way she treats the business as if it were her own. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 45 years and currently hold the position of executive chef at a landmark Tampa restaurant. You certainly don’t need to have been in the restaurant business for a lifetime to realize the significance of customer service. Hopefully the new ordering system won’t turn people away because the food is excellent and always has been for the entire time I’ve lived in the area. My recommendation is definitely try this restaurant if you haven’t and say hi to Danielle she’ll greet you with a smile.! Just please try hard not to be put off by the way your order taken with their new system, because once you get your food, you won’t be disappointed!"

"This place is amazing.. I don’t care what anybody says. I’m not even from this area but great job! Sesame chicken and fried rice could be no more perfect!!"

"Went here because I needed to get my car fixed at Hyundai and figured I could waste some time while I waited. Ordered the lunch special and asked for no pork in the fried rice which she replied it would be $2 extra to remove the pork. Then when my friend asked for extra sesame seeds on her sesame chicken they said that would be an extra $2. We waited like 15 min for the food to be done while sitting at one of the many tables located inside. When they gave us our food we got our sauces and were going to eat since we were sure the car wouldn’t be done right away and the cashier happily told us that it was take out only. I asked her nicely to let us stay since we were still waiting on our car to be fixed and she said no it’s take out only with a look on her face that could kill. Even if the food is good I would never go back or recommend this place to even my worst enemy."

"Lady at the front with no teeth was rude as hell. Not with just me, but also getting into it with people on the phone. About the food....the batter on the sweet and sour chicken was half cooked... The egg rolls really were not good either. Only the fried rice was decent. I never leave reviews, so for me to leave a review says something. I won't visit again."

"Avoid at all costs. Rude staff Unclean food Incorrect food given We ordered pork chow mein and were given pork with vegetables and rice. When we attempted to address this the employee on the phone said that chow mein is rice... Which it most definitely isn't. The broccoli in the vegetable mei fun was absolutely unwashed and inedible. It quite literally felt like sandpaper as my mom was trying to eat it. There was hair in another dish that was given. I am visiting from Colorado and my mom chose this location because it's where she regularly went. If this is their new standard, they aren't going to last long. Nobody needs to be eating unwashed vegetables. The risk of disease is too great."
