Primrose School of Oldsmar

"I scheduled a tour for 11am. I arrived at 11:15 and was inside the waiting area when I called for someone to get me. I indicated on the phone I was sorry for arriving 15 minutes late, but was told that “she waited 15 minutes so she just stepped out.” No statement “she” was on another tour or anything of the sort. I was told I needed to leave and call back later to book another appointment (they didn’t schedule another appointment with me as I’m on the phone in their lobby and could almost talk to this person through the doors vs on my cell). No offer for me to wait in this lobby area for the tour guide to “step back in” so to speak. Personal things come up and I apologized about my tardiness and was just told to leave. Very unprofessional."

"This is an amazing academy! It’s pricey but we’ll worth the money spent!! There are always activities going on, not to mention a splash pad (that’s my fav part) spirit week seems to he every week and the kids love it! Not only do they spoil the kids but the breakfast on the go is always a kind gesture! I love all of the staff and they take the care of your child serious, I appreciate all of them and would hands down recommend them to any one!"

"As new parents, we were very selective in choosing a place to care for our daughter. After doing our diligence and looking at many other options in the area, we felt most comfortable with the Primrose School of Oldsmar. Their curriculum and level of care made us feel comfortable entrusting them with our young daughter and helping to set her up for her educational development. We especially love all of their programs and special/fun day activities which keeps things new and exciting for the children. The school app which sends out pictures and updates throughout the day is also a big plus and gives us piece of mind that everything is going well through the day. We have had a great relationship with all of the teachers there, as well as all of the support staff. They have always gotten back to our questions in a timely manner which is very important to us as well. Overall, we are very happy to be a part of the Primrose School of Oldsmar family and would encourage other parents to enroll their kids as well!"

"We are so happy we found Primrose! My wife worked in the preschool field for many years and we experienced a lot of negativity at other schools in the nearby area. The feeling you get when you walk through the door at Primrose is always a welcoming one. The staff is professional and always positive with the parents and children. They communicate in the app and via phone calls very clearly and consistently. The facility is well maintained and they have tons of awesome activities for the kids. Our son always looks forward to water day and playing on the play ground with his friends. We are so happy with our choice to switch to Primrose and highly recommend it to anyone in the area seeking care for their child."
