About the Business
St. Barnabas Episcopal School is a primary school located at 322 West Michigan Avenue in DeLand, Florida, United States. Our Bible-based curriculum focuses on the Fruit of the Spirit and life skills, with daily Bible stories and prayer woven throughout the day. Starting with the Fruit of love, we add a new trait each month for students to learn, practice, and live out.
Students explore the faithfulness of God and key Bible stories from both the Old and New Testaments. We celebrate Church Holy Days and use activities and media to help children understand and apply Biblical truths. Character development is emphasized through the teaching of The Fruit of the Spirit.
In our Middle School Christian Education class, students have a safe space to explore their faith, purpose, and identity. They delve into the gospel of Jesus Christ and see how it relates to their everyday lives as students, friends, and members of their community.
