"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had regarding the punctuality of appointments at your clinic. Although I appreciated the quality of the services offered, I would like to highlight a crucial point that needs to be improved: respect for appointment times. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to arrive at the office on time, following instructions to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, only to be seen significantly late. On several occasions, I have experienced waits of up to an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time. This pattern of delays is deeply disrespectful to patients and compromises the efficiency and effectiveness of your clinic."

"I called to schedule some X-rays and was told X-rays are done on a walk in basis only so I went with doctors orders in hand and was told there would be over a one hour wait. The receptionist offered to schedule on appointment for the next day so that I could be seen right away, which was infuriating because I was told they didn’t take appointments for X-rays. I arrived the next day, 15 minutes before my appointment, and still waited for one hour in the lobby, and an additional 15 minutes in the waiting area after changing into a robe. This is unacceptable because I was made to go twice for no reason whatsoever! They need to manage their appointments better."

"This is the best place for any images you need. I was scheduled for a mammogram and all the staff were great. Starting from the receptionist Natasha and the Techs Krystal , Vanessa and Williams. They were so kind and made me feel at ease since I’ve had mammograms done before at a different Imagine place and they were so hurtful so I was a little worry but both Krystal and Vanessa were very gentle and no pain at all…I had another order for my hands and feet and no appointment, Natasha was so kind and schedule me right away. Williams is such a great tech and gentleman. He made sure I was comfortable while taking my X-ray . I have definitely pick the perfect place."

"Everything about my experience here was perfect. My Dr sent the order for my mammogram, and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. When I came into the office today, they were so friendly and the paperwork process was quick. The office was clean, and Vanessa scanned me this visit. I must say, she is a wonderful person and great at what she does. She took the time to explain everything answering all my questions. This was my first mamagram and I didn't know what to expect. I was so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. She really made the experience easy. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of imaging services."
