"The scan itself was great. The facility was great. The scheduling was… horrible. I scheduled my appointment and then got many phone calls and texts that the office received my doctors order and that I needed to schedule the appointment. I kept replying with my appt time. I also got several phone calls and texts telling me that I had scheduled an appointment but the office didn’t have the order. Obviously puzzling since I 1) already made the appt ; and 2) already received several calls stating that my order was received. I then Spent time on the phone with scheduling trying to straighten out the incessant phone calls and texts I received. The scheduler apologized and said she had the script and the appointment were on separate records but that she fixed the issue and I was good to go. On the day of my appointment, the office said that they didn’t have my order and that I would need to get it from my doctor. I explained the situation, and I called my doctor to have the order faxed again. It took 45 mins to get the order received and for my scan to be able to get underway. Very frustrating. I asked to speak to an office manager but was told that there was not one in that office."

"The staff at SimonMed Imaging were so professional and helpful! The technician who helped me as Chris and he was wonderful! I had to do some pelvic imaging and an ultrasound and he did everything to make sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was going on. The offices were clean and there was practically no wait time. I was seen almost immediately and 30 minutes later I was walking back to my car. Everything was quick and efficient!"

"Today I had the enormous pleasure of being assisted for the first time by Chris, a very professional human being, who gave me confidence to feel as relaxed as possible during my 2 hours during the test, he explained to me when I asked him questions and I always looked for a way to that I understood even though I did not master the language, I think that special people like Chris should be the example so that all providers achieve their level where they make us feel human during these processes that we do not understand as they understand it, Thank you SimonMed for having professionals with a very special human quality like that of Mr. Chris."

"Very nice facility. Pleasant, efficient staff. I was a little put out after being told to come in 45 minutes prior to my appointment, which I did. I entered an empty waiting room and registered. Within 20 minutes, the reception area was full, yet I was called after every person who arrived after me was called in. That being said, I was acknowledged around the time of my actual appointment, given a solution to drink for my exam, waited another 20 minutes or so, then was seen. I know there were different exams being done, but I don't understand why I was kept waiting so long. The technician who performed my CT scan was delightful and made a somewhat uncomfortable exam process swift and easy. I would definitely return to this facility, just hope there's no problem with the instructions given prior to the exam which make the wait time frustrating."

"My first visit to this location went very smooth and efficient. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to this location having an extremely small waiting area with only a handful of chairs. The receptionists were quick in checking me in and nice enough, but could have been more friendly and smiled. Once I was taken back to the waiting area, the wait was not long at all. I needed a scheduled M.R.I. and a walk in X-ray and Praise God they were able to do both back-to-back Both, the M.R.I. tech and the X-ray tech were very kind, patient, friendly and smiled. I recommend this location and will return."
