"They have apparently turned off their App ordering functionality for the last 2 months or so. Every other taco bell works in the App, but this one gives "API error". After researching, this means this particular taco bell has chosen to not accept orders via their own app."

"Ordered 60 doritos Los tacos, was told that only 20 could be doritos and the rest had to be plain. Also only recieved 12 pack of hot and 12 packs of mild sauce when we asked for fire and Diablo. Will no go back, popeyes has better service and better tacos..."

"Food is always great, but staff could be a bit more responsive. We visit often and it seems they don't want to wait on you at the counter. They would rather you order off the machines....I hate those things. UPDATED REVIEW: Taco Bell is going to Keyosk ordering only soon...no personal service. The machines are slow and don't always work correctly. Not a good move for Taco Bell. We will not be eating there much anymore."

"The most disorganized taco bell we've ever eaten at. Five people in the back and not one person wants to take your order...they just look at you. You people don't understand that not all people wants to use the self checkout! This makes twice with horrible service..once through the drive when the idiot at the window just quit taking orders after we sat in the long line. Definitely won't be back!"

"Locals here. Unfortunately, this taco bell has routinely messed up our orders. It's so routine that we anticipate it coming, and when we don't, we get shorted. I've honestly considered tracking each time we get shorted so I can share a few months worth of poor service to the corporate offices. And yes, we often return to get the order remains, but that's not the point. There are so many days that we're tired and just need simple dinner, and even if you wanted to, you'd wait 30 minutes to get back through to replace what you should've gotten in the first place. The food is generally good, but its always food roulette."
