"So I do my annual check up I go into Quest diagnostics and get my blood work done. I do buy my test from ultra lab because I don’t do it on my insurance. The prices are 10% of what they are through the insurance company but the ladies and the system is very good. You’re making an appointment online. If you show up for your appointment my appointment was at 11:10. I was seen by 11.15 I was out the door by 11:20. Plenty of parking multiple different locations good service, clean, tidy, modern."

"Incredibly slow and intentionally stall to make walk in (no appointment) patients wait excessively. Was first in line when they opened at 6:30 and was not seen until 7:20. At times there was no one but wait list patients waiting in the waiting room and none got called yet as soon as an appointment patient showed they were called in even though it was well before their appointment time. Patients with 8:10 appointments were seen while we were waiting. Quest needs to realize that not everyone has the luxury of making an appointment every time, sometimes circumstances (short notice of the required test) necessitate walking in. Staff was friendly."

"This location is very convenient for me since I live nearby and it does get really busy really early. I walked in for a blood draw at 7:30 am because the appointments were all booked. I waited about an hour and they ended up taking me which was great! The blood draw took about 5-10 minutes and then I got my results a few days later. The staff are very busy, but they do their best to help the patients. I would just recommend it for anyone who wants to walk-in to bring their paperwork and patience."

"Making an appointment and check in was very easy. I only waited maybe 10 minutes after my appointment time to be seen (they were very busy from how the waiting room looked) The real star was Gloria. I have major anxiety with needles and blood drawing. She was very sweet and understanding. She helped me learn the best place to draw blood from so I would be comfortable for all future visits. She made my first blood work experience as enjoyable as it could be."

"Had a great experience. Come prepared with an appointment and you will have no problems checking in. Was taken very quickly. Also, Aida did a wonderful job taking my blood. She was gentle, while also being upbeat and friendly to keep me calm during the draw. We need more people like Aida working here. She got me in and out quickly. Would come back to this location again."
