"I ordered my 9 year old daughter a quarter pounder from Sonic on 231. When we got home, she kept stating that her burger “tasted different”, “tasted peppery”. My husband took a bite and realized it was two sausage patties made as a burger. Normally I do not bother writing reviews, but this could have been a larger problem than it was. I personally know someone who is allergic to pork, and I also know someone who does not eat pork due to religious beliefs. This was an inconvenience for myself and my family, but could’ve been much more for someone else."
"Went to the Sonic across the street. Me and my daughter sat at stall#1 for 32 minutes, noone even took our order. The car that was in the drive thru sat there for 19 minutes. It's beyond ridiculous. We saw 6 people leave that were pissed. I won't be back. Keep up the great work."
"First, they got the order wrong (got buffalo popcorn chicken when the recipt said BBQ), had to turn around and wait to get it fixed just to be handed popcorn chicken with hardly any BBQ sauce on it, now the ice cream is melted that we also got. Sonic has gone to complete garbage in Panama City. None of the locations are good anymore."
"I have gone to this sonic a few times now and every time I always have an issue. Either something is missing from the order or something was made wrong. Like today I went through to get a blast and a shake. I said I wanted both with no cherries. Instead I got a snickers blast with cherries blended into it and a shake with a cherry on top. Now the receipt said No Cherries for both. So how I ended up with cherries blended into mine I have no idea. By the time I noticed I was already home."
"miss joy always makes my visit a nice one! the food was spot on fresh and hot! i always get my asked for condiments! brilliant service! not a fan of the toast recently, i asked for a blt on alternative bread and was recommended the brioche with cheese! it was delicious!"
