Red Lobster

"Absolutely horrible experience. It's Valentines Day so the expectations of being busy was most certainly taken into consideration and a wait would have been fine if dining was full, with that being said we arrived early into the afternoon. Upon arrival three individuals were bumbling at the seating chart marking things down and erasing them countless times. We make it to the hostess table and are told we have to wait 15 minutes EVEN though there are about 10 different tables/booths available. I haven't been to this location in multiple years due to the poor service in the past but you would think that after so many years they would've gotten their act together, I guess not!!!"

"Red Lobster another nightmare on 23rd street Panama City, Florida. Terrible service, cold old baked potato, no salt or pepper on table. We ordered endless shrimp but only received one order. Stay away from this Red Lobster location."

"We had the Endless Shrimp. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are great, and the shrimp was also. But...it takes awhile to get your next order of shrimp...same for the biscuits. By the time my second order arrived, I could only eat a few. You CANNOT take them home. Okay...I can understand that, I guess, but they also wouldn't allow me to put my only side, a baked potato, in a take home container. Hmmm...your sides are not endless. This was 130.00 meal. Let me take my side dish to go. No, they'd rather throw it away. Make that make sense... Yet, the service and food was good, I'll give it that."

"So much to say I don't know where to start. Main thing is don't get Rene as a server, she said to start they had a new menu and she was still learning. Took several trips to get 2 unsweetened teas, and refills forget about it. The food was served and my wife's sides were missing, she came back several minutes later stated they were cold. Asked about refills then asked table behind us about drinks. This table starts asking questions about (see second sentence) the menu. Well I ate all of the shrimp on my ultimate shrimp dinner, before she left to check on sides and get refills. Returning with cold sides and No refills, to see empty plates and ask if we wanted more shrimp. When she sees my wife steaming as the sides are cold, teas are empty, plates are covered in shrimp debris, and says you seem upset with me. Ma'am you just spent 15 minutes with the people behind us telling her you didn't know about the menu constantly instead of excusing yourself to get someone that could answer the questions, and getting sides already cooked. This is by far the worst service for mediocre food we have ever had in 58 years of life. If your in Panama city Florida there are several great places within walking distance of here. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them, if you want great shrimp go over the bridge or to St Andrew's where the great food is. OH the brown paper towels from the RR are what she brought when asked for more napkins yall know shrimp tails are a mess."
