"It was apparent they were short handed on employees although the employees there were doing the best they could to keep up with orders. The food prep area could have been tidier due to a lot of dropped food etc was on the work floor area but this was more than likely due to workers trying to keep up with preparing orders to get out."

"I went to Jack's to meet a friend. We went inside and he ordered a milkshake. It took 40 minutes for him to get his milkshake! There were only a few customers in the restaurant. I was told that the food was good, but the service was slow. I didn't believe them until now. I understand not having a good employee pool to pick from, but this is ridiculous. I will not go back. The Jack's in Andilusia was amazing but the one in Florala is terrible."

"Just want to make a shout out to the girl working counter today during lunch rush (didn't get her name :/) but she was so attentive, kind, and made sure my huge order was taken care of! I greatly appreciate her and she deserves a raise"

"For a sit-down fast food thai restaurant, this is very nice. Plenty of room inside. The food seems to be higher quality than some other places. It's like several popular restaurants combined and did even a better job. Chicken is very moist for bone-in. Burgers are decent. Might like a little more sickness to the meat but they seemed really good. Their fries and sides are really good. Love the fried pie I had."

"Without a doubt the best burger anywhere around. Got the Big Bacon (not so big) it’s actually smaller than burgers from other places but it was filling. First bite you think it’s dry but then you realize that it’s just not soaked in grease. It has tons of flavor and was not dripping or smeared with sauces. Really the perfect fast food burger. The fries were not the best fries but they weren’t soaked in grease. They were packed but I was able to order and get my food in less than 10 minutes. You can’t do that at other local places even if you’re the only customer so don’t let the long line scare you away. Did I mention it’s cheap? It’s more than affordable for the quality. They didn’t include ketchup in the bag or ask if I’d like any other sauces. It’s a great place if they’re able to keep it that way."
