"Highly recommend and trust this daycare. My daughter always comes home happy and usually with some kind of activity or craft they did that day. The staff genuinely cares for the kids and it shows. We had just recently moved from a different state and this daycare was incredibly accommodating. We have another little one on the way and the staff and manager are doing everything in their power to help our family. I'm incredibly appreciative. They are affordable, communicative, and just a great team to work with. Enroll your little one here, you won't regret it!"

"Giving this place 3 stars is generous. While the overall the care provided to my daughter was good, it is your typical daycare. You can fully tell that they love and care for your children. But the overall professionalism of the establishment is subpar. For example, they give you basically 24 hour or less notice sometimes that they will be closed for a half day. They sent my daughters blanket to the laundry for whatever reason on her last day there (which they never did previously) and then they didn't tell me I had 30 days to pick it up after the fact either so they 'donated it'. I have been calling for literally weeks to be redirected about a refund and when I finally got ahold of the owner she told me it was one of the notice weeks that she wasn't there so it can not be refunded - I get this and understand BUT what I don't understand is I have been trying to get an answer on this for over a month now and that simple answer weeks ago would have been great from one of the directors. I will end with a positive - they were flexible with me on having to be a few minutes late due to traffic."

"We started taking our daughter last fall right before she turned three. A couple months later, we enrolled our eighteen month old who is medically fragile and needs an extra eye on her sometimes. Everyone at TLC has been great with both of our girls. They say hi and bye to them everyday and all the teachers know the girls by name. They love on the girls and even take an interest in what's going on with our 8 year old when he comes in with me at pick up time. The girls are thriving, learning so much, potty training, and having a great time!"

"My child has been attending TLC for almost 2 years, and our experience here has been great. The staff is always friendly and kind to myself and my child. The Director Kayla has always been upfront with me whenever I had expressed any concerns. My child went through a small phase of not wanting to go to daycare due to a new baby in our household. The staff and Kayla were very helpful and understanding while my child was dealing with this transition which included some short term behavioral issues as well as difficult drop offs. I’m happy to say she is back to being excited to go to daycare in the mornings. I’m hoping with my eldest returning to full time and my youngest soon to start attending, that I will see more curriculum coming home, more outdoor time and less tv time once the temperature is not so high."
