"I used this company for many years & watched it go downhill. Felipe never does what he promises. He lies & teaching his son to do the same. He charges everyone different prices. Talk to your neighbors & see if the prices are the same. Poor workmanship, poor quality. Never answers the phone. Horrible business!"

"Dishonest business practice by Felipe Lawn Maintenance. They will push you to do weekly service lawncare which will cost more money when biweekly service is suffice for most lawns. They agreed to do a biweekly service for me but when they showed for work, they only do half a yard and stated the other half will be next two weeks. I was not told that half a yard will be done for the biweekly service. So who wants only half their yard done?? the other half is undone until next service date which is two weeks out. They only cut grass and left and no trimming bushes, very poor quality work. I asked to edge the grass around the flower bed so the grass wont grow into the flowbed, they hesitate to even do that. The bushes were not trimmed, poorly cut grass, and they left. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FELIPE LAWN MAITENANACE."

"I have been with Felipe for years and for some reason this past year has been a major issue. They have been messing up on billing, when inquired, they don't respond. I have been waiting for 4 weeks on a response to a bill that doesn't seem right. I am holding payment until they contact me. They have not trimmed the bushes in my backyard per my contract with them, I had to hedge my own rose bushes this past winter, my azalea bushes in the front are not properly trimmed, my trees near my front stoop have not been properly trimmed, there is still winter leaves and winter flowers in my back yard that should have been dealt with (however the area that it's in I am willing to overlook) and they are blowing debris into my neighbor's yard, thankfully she and I are good friends. If Felipe is reading this, you have until Friday of next week to respond to my husband or me, if not, you will be terminated, a check will be sent for the proper amount serviced only. If anyone is looking into this company, just know I am not the only one in my neighborhood who has had this issue with Felipe. One of my neighbor's a few doors down terminated their services for the same reason as stated above."

"Felipe and his crew landscaped our backyard and did a fabulous job at a reasonable price. He worked with us on the initial plan and the changes we wanted along the way, working with us to keep within our budget and making suggestions for the best plants and ground covers. He has been responsive and on time throughout the project, and followed up promptly after completion when we had questions. We would highly recommend Felipe and his crew."

"I have used Felipe to cut down and remove old dead trees and twice to build some retaining walls. His price was excellent. And when I say excellent, I mean excellent. But, it took several months for him to come out and do the work once we met. He was not the best at returning phone calls or texts, but when he finally texted me that he would be at my house the next day to begin the work he was there. As far as the work, all I can say is he and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, and they did a great job. I recently had to have another area have a 2 tiered retaining wall built, and it was completely done in 3 days. And was done much better than I expected. If you can wait a few months, I would highly recommend Felipe. He is the only person I would use for any minor or major yard work."
