"I have to give Bradley Customs 5 stars for being a business who still treats customers as neighbors. My mother in law and father in law had an accident and both had bad injuries and were in the hospital, and couldn’t get the car once Bradley towed it from the accident scene. They held the car for them more than a week with no charges for storage. I truly appreciate them for being considerate of others in their community who are in need. "This towing service was called by the police officer when someone hit my husband's car, because he considered it unsafe to attempt to drive it. We asked how much the storage bill would be, since it might take a bit of time to get the insurance company to pick it up. We made arrangements to have it towed to our home about ten days in because the other driver's insurance company was dragging their feet and we didn't want to keep accruing storage fees. They dealt straight with us, and we incurred no further damages because of any negligence on their part, as far as I know. We had never dealt with this service before, and never did or said anything that should make them worry about being paid. But they made it very clear they were extremely worried about it, and insisted on cash when they brought the car. We paid them promptly when the car arrived, in cash, as they demanded. But we didn't like their attitude, and would like to have had the option to pay with a credit card at a time like this. If we ever need towing service again, we will call SOMEONE ELSE."
