"I visited the place back in July hoping to get Microdermabrasion. I made the payment online ($70) when I made the booking. At first, I struggled to find the place as the direction on the map wasn't very accurate. I tried calling the place a several times but no one was available. This was because there was only one person working and she was with a client - this was on Friday. I got there about a few minutes late but the door was locked. The lady working on the day was able to open it when she was done with her client before me. I was asked to fill out some client information paper and survey before the treatment and it took another few minutes. My actual treatment started a little later and the lady looked at my skin and "examine" then suggested I do a different treatment. Looking at the website later on and the final charge ($55), it seemed I received 'Flash Facial' but it didn't do 40 min as advertised on the website and I felt rushed, probably because she was running behind her schedule. Not only I didn't receive the treatment I wanted, I felt rushed and didn't feel treated fully with the newly suggested facial service. If I knew I was going to be charged $55 for 'Flash Facial' for 25-30 min, I wouldn't have gone there. I feel clients should have been informed that the treatment may change depending on the esthetician's "examination" and clients will fill out paper work and that's included/excluded in the treatment time. Additional staff being presented would have helped with the service and process done in a timely manner. Several days later, I went to a different skincare place on Watson and their offer for Microdermabrasion was not only cheaper but the esthetician there was also very friendly and thorough. She explained every steps before putting any products on my skin."
