"Let me clear up some questions about the contracts or the subscription. So I pay $70 a month when I signed up I signed in for a 12 month contract which means I was not allowed to leave that contract unless I moved to an area where a massage envy was not within 25 miles or my doctor writes a note saying that I am no longer able to get services there. Being a client of theirs were over 12 months I have never had the experience of my appointment being canceled having to be rescheduled due to the masu I have always been the one rescheduling my appointments I have only had one experience of my masseuse, being late and he even informed me that since we’re starting my appointment 15 minutes late it would end 15 minutes late creating that whole hour and I had a perfect understanding of it, and I had no problems at all with it. If you were looking for somewhere to get a massage every month or even a facial, I would highly recommend this office. Everyone is charming, and if you want a great massage, I highly recommend James."

"I get massages on the regular however I've only patronized one massage palor for the past 7 years. I've recently moved in the area and received a gift certificate for Massage Envy so after reading the reviews for this location, I decided to give it a go. Now let's start with my experience with Message Envy as a brand. When this chain arrived in Atlanta I patronized them a few times however my experiences were all the same. In my opinion, every therapist I've had with this brand never leveled up to my standards. It always feels like therapists are fresh out of school or recently certified. I never felt the therapist were seasoned professionals so I stop patronizing the brand for that reason alone. Now, let's talk about my experience TODAY. The Good: Booking was easy. Because my session was purchased as a gift all I needed to do was provide my phone number. I arrived at a very clean facility and a very professional and pleasant receptionist. Check-in was easy. My therapist was nice . Now the Bad- The spa was cleaned but didn't smell like a spa or what I'm accustomed to. I'm not sure what products they use however I didn't smell anything in the air that made me feel relaxed or like i was in a spa. The room I was placed in didn't have a speaker or it wasn't working I didn't hear the spa music, only the loud fan and the music coming from my therapist ear buds. I tried to relax however it wasn't a pleasant experience. The therapist just didn't massage like someone who was seasoned. The strokes were off and he really didn't hit or stay in the tight areas long enough to release the tension in my calves and legs. The massage oil he used didn't smell tranquil or fresh. It smelled cheap and old. I'm accustomed to aromatherapy oils and warm towels after my back is massaged and the same on my legs and feet. It was a gift but it wasn't worth 120 dollars. The therapist was nice but wasn't the best. When he was done , the head rest was left on the floor only for me to almost trip. After my session, I felt more tensed. When checking out i was asked by the reception how was it, my response, it was just OK. I didn't book a return session and probably won't patronize this brand in the future. Services are not up to my expectations."

"I had called at 10.45 and I got facial appointment at 11pm. I was there at 11.15 with traffic. I like Tory’s facial she does a great job. But this time I felt I was rushed and I got only less than 40 minutes for facial. It’s was suppose to be 60 minutes. I did ask the front lady about the timing but she told me I was late that’s why I got less time. At least they should have informed me about the time would be cutoff. I asked her would this time will be adjusted in my next facial appointment. She said no. I am not very happy as we pay for full 60 minutes massage and got less than 40 minutes like 35 minutes only. I should have been charged accordingly I guess. I had mother gift card I used to pay for it and all that money I bought it for an hour went to waste. At least the time I walked in they should have informed me about the timing will be cutoff than I would have rescheduled it."
