"I will never again come to this beauty supply store in Sandy Springs. I was followed the entire time I was in there, and the girl thought that I didn’t notice what she was doing. My family owns a beauty supply store in a different state and the only reason that I was going in there is because I ran out of a product that I need at the moment. If this is how you are going to run your business by stalking customers and making them uncomfortable the entire time and you should just close down. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this and I don’t have time for this. I should never be uncomfortable somewhere that I plan to spend money. I am so angry that I made this review before I left the parking lot. Plus the selection you have is terrible. Please do better"
"This location market their business hours as closing at 8pm. I got there before the hour with plenty time to find my items and check out however, the door was locked. An associate showed up saying they are closed to which I asked I pointed out that the time is not yet 8 which they show on their register. I explained i knew exactly what i wanted and their response is that register is closed. My issue is if you close at 8, honor that but if you intend on locking doors early please post that on Google so I don’t waste my time to drive over 30 mins to get there only to get turned away at the door."
"The quality of caucasian hair is absolutely horrible. I got charged over 140.00 for one pack of blond extensions. LIterally the first time I washed it it was so dry. It felt like 50 year old doll hair. Never again."
