"This review is specific to Sales. We purchased a used 2018 Volvo truck from them and questioned some front-end vibration during the test drive. The sales gentleman went with me on another test drive and assured me that it was normal vibration in the Volvo trucks. Well, needless to say, I was on my 2nd run with the truck (I had put on just a little more than 2000 miles at this point) and then passenger side steer tire blew out, taking out a component necessary for the aftertreatment operation, the inner fenders and bracket, damage to the hood and the frame that it sits up against as well as the bumper. I'm in the shop right now waiting to find out the financial damage this is going to cost me, but as of now I'm at over $2000 for the road service (I replaced the driver's side steer also out of fear that it would blow out too). What I don't understand is how and why a dealer wouldn't just put on brand new steer tires (along with the brand new drive tires that they put on) on a $63,000.00 truck sale. I am more than disappointed with my experience so far with this. The extended warranty that was purchased doesn't seem to be worth the price of the paper that it was printed on. Nothing has been covered so far, including the very first repair of the breather filter replacement that I had to have done before my first load. That was $1300.00.....We will most likely be purchasing another Volvo because we really like the truck. We likely Will Not purchase it from 7e sales."

"They must have paid some people for their 5 star reviews or they treat some people differently. The immediate look Chad gave me that morning will stay with me for ever This is the second time I was dis respected in his shop , the first one is when I was picking up my truck from their shop , The truck had an alternator and turbo actuator problem , he purposefully inflated the quote just to kick me out of that compound for a reason he only knows But who cares ? there are thousands of shops with professional and courteous mechanics all over ,,"
