"Very confused and sad.. I went into Sally's to buy some braid in hair, they did not have what I needed but the lady working told me about this place and told me to call ahead because she wasn't sure if I needed a cosmetology license to shop there or not. So I called ahead before driving there to make sure I didn't have to be a hair stylist to buy products there (neither me nor the lady at Sally's have ever shopped there before) the guy on the phone got very angry at me for asking about this and berated me and asked if I called ahead anywhere else I shoped... im so very confused and sad after the way he spoke to me on the phone.. and then he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that I was told to call and ask if I needed a license and eventually he wouldn't speak to me or listen anymore.. or explain to me why he was so angry.. he just kept saying in a angry voice " thank youf for calling, God bless." ... so I just said bye and hung up... im SO CONFUSED. And he was so very rude.. for no reason at all."

"The store owner is great! He carries just about anything you need and if he doesn't have it he will order it for you. He's open to taking suggestions to grow his inventory. Just a great guy all around."

"I visited this place today and he was really nice and helped to pick out a wig and I was very pleased with my purchase. There was a few wigs to pick from, now I'm so glad I don't have to drive to Chattanooga all the time to find a wig!"

"We just recently went to this place today. I called on the phone to ask a question before I even went. Once I got there he didn’t even have what we discussed. Everything was fine up until the point my fiancé asked me to go in one last time before we left to see how much wig caps were. At this point the owner got a attitude for no reason at all, wanted to say are you buying? “Ive been so nice and answered all your questions” I replied Im not sure if my mother in law wants it thats why im asking which ones you have, and the price. His next response after that was no you cant come back in because you don’t have a mask. Mind you four of us went in without one on, and were not asked to where one up until he decided to be rude for no reason at all. He then proceeded to stand at the door as we left still being so rude. I would say I wouldn’t recommend Im not sure why he had a attitude the last time I went in, but it was unprofessional and uncalled for. We did ask a couple questions this is only because we were new at getting wigs and needed to be pointed in the right direction. My mother in law has thyroid disease so we just needed help with finding product we weren’t familiar with, and this owner was not helpful, and lastly not to mention his store was a mess. We could barely walk anywhere. And we won’t be back!!"
