"I can’t speak highly enough of Smile Studio, Dr. Farrar, and the staff there. Not only do they have the art of straightening teeth down, but they also offer a wholistic approach to mouth and teeth health through Myofunctional therapy sessions and Buteyko breathing exercises. My two oldest kids have had different teeth/mouth development issues that Dr. Farrar has successfully addressed with braces and mouth/tongue exercises. All of my kids and I went through a year long course of Myofunctional therapy sessions with Julia Cross. It has been a life changing experience! I’m in my mid-forties and have been a mouth breather my entire life. After these sessions, I am sleeping with my mouth closed and sleeping better! Several of my kids struggle with allergies and mouth breathing as well, through these sessions, they’ve been able to clear their noses and sleep through the night with their mouths closed as well.
