"I would literally never go there again the guy was rude! I asked them if they would be able to fix my car he said yes just to call me and tell me that they can’t fix it! Then tried to charge me 150 for a diagnostic!"

"I was away from home, traveling through the area and in great need of some help. I was able to find this location online and set up an appointment very easily. I got a confirmation email very early the next morning, and check in for my service was very easy. It took all day for the repair to be done, because of the complexity of the problem. And because I was dependent on someone else giving me a ride to the location, I was actually 30 minutes late and the store had already closed. Despite this, two of the employees had waited on me, and we're very polite and courteous even though I had made them late leaving work. I would say because of the quality of the work, the great communication of the staff, and just the overall attitude of everybody I interacted with; that this is one of the better experiences I've ever had while experiencing car trouble,. 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend to anyone."

"I would give this no stars but it wont let me. Wife went in 2hrs before they closed to have a tire checked that has something in it and was told they had nobody to look at it. Everyone was on vacation. But they could put some air in it if she wanted them to. What kind of piss poor service is this? If there was nobody there to look at it, the shop would be closed. I'd walk before ever spending a dime at this store. I've been in customer service in the automotive business for 29yrs and I would fire the employee. I can guarantee this isnt the first time this employee has cost the store money."

"Things were fine, but y’all turned real shady REAL quick. Went to get an oil change and tires balances and rotated. I was told I needed a battery, but I knew I could do that myself. So I said I’ll do it later. They said they were wrapping up and my car would be done soon. It was cold yesterday and my AC was NOT on so remember that. My phone alerts me when my car is turned on and off, and it told me that in the timespan of 5 minutes. My car was turned on and off 5 times. When I got back to my car, my car struggled to crank which cool, I need a new battery, but when I looked at my AC, it was blasting at 65 degrees. Y’all sketchy people tried draining my battery so I would be forced to stay and pay and get an overpriced battery from y’all. Luckily, my car cranked and I drove it to an auto parts store and got a battery for cheaper and replaced it myself.. nice try."
