"I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me 6 months out. My daughter was born early and so I was only one week postpartum for the appointment and rescheduled. They rescheduled for another 6 months out. Fine. But my husband is in flight school so it's hard to know any sort of schedule that far in advance. A week prior to my appointment, I got a reminder. I called and asked to reschedule from 11:00am to 11:30am. 30 minutes. Because my husband stays on base until 10:45 that day and I needed him to watch our 2 year old and 6 months old. I was told no and that if I rescheduled I'd be banned from being seen. So my husband rescheduled his appointment (which is insanely difficult) so he could leave at 12:00pm when I got back. On the day of my appointment, I checked in, and at 11:30, still hadn't been seen. Weird, because I was told I couldn't change my appointment to that exact time. I asked how much longer and they said 20-30 minutes, so I told them I'd have to leave to go watch the kids so my husband could get to base. I told them to shred my file because I would not be coming back. Then they tried to tell me my copay as I walked away."
