"Called multiple times when they first opened (8am) to make an appointment for a simple oil change and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone I called Loganville Ford and within 5 seconds someone answered the phone and was happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Very unprofessional. It does not matter if the dealership just opened you came to work so the phone for multiple customers, walk-ins etc should be your top priority...do better."

"Andy at Quick Lane is an amazing person work with! I brought my new car here for a tire rotation, plug/patch a tire, and tire leveling and he and his crew were more than accommodating. They quoted me about an hour and forty-five minute turn around - they had it done in 30ish. For an early Saturday morning and how busy this place gets, that's an amazing turn-around. Not only that, but for similar services at a branded tire shop, it costs less for the same, and honestly better, service at Quick Lane. Bringing it here is a no-brainer and I will continue to do so. Quick, reliable, honest, professional, and respectful - all the things you look for in a mechanic can be found here. This is a place where if they charged a premium for their service, I'd gladly pay it because the quality is just that much better."
