"First day I walked in to enroll my son the director had an attitude, every day she has a attitude poor communication skills my son was bit 2 times by kids, it left a scar on his right & left shoulder I wasn’t notified till I said something I had to go off to get my child moved to his correct age group. The next few weeks later I Called and told her I was going to be late due to a flat tire, got a Uber there arrived 7 min after cut off time they made us wait in the cold for my ride . Some staff are great others look mad to be there definitely need new management."

"My daughter has attended Oasis Daycare for about 2 years!!! I absolutely love the teachers and management. We really love and respect Ms Tyson. Ms Tyson is always on point and informative. From administrative actions needed to things that happen in the classroom, she keeps me informed at all times. We appreciate her and Mr Issac as well. Any issues I’ve ever had, and honestly I can’t remember to many, they quickly evaluated and investigated the situation, always with a solution of what they can do instead of what they can’t do. We also love the teachers. We especially love Ms Pam. Even though she isn’t my daughters teacher she has always loved on her and my daughter talks about her daily! She is very loving on them kids and you can feel her warmth and loving energy as soon as you walk in the room. She knows how to handle little kids, which could be a hard task, but she does it easily. We love Ms Dorothy also, she is always welcoming in the more and she feeds the kids nutritional meals everyday! Never been a morning she hasn’t greeted me and my daughter with a big smile! She also has a warm and welcoming energy when I see her. Take it from someone who has been here at least 2 ore more years. This is a great place to have your children! We are blessed to have worked with them and definitely will hate to go when my daughter starts kindergarten later this year."

My daughter teacher Mrs. Pam I really appreciate how she advise me on certain things regarding my daughter behavior and needs. Ms. Tyson, I appreciate how informative she with anything I might have concern or just overall want to know. Thank you Oasis!!"

"When I first arrived for the tour I was late so that was my bad. Ms. Tyson has a very strong personality. She wasn’t happy that I was late and was not afraid to show it. When I told her that I was ready to enroll my child because I honestly did like the layout, she was very informative and began the process very swiftly. We’ve had really great and really poor experiences. My son was getting rashes so frequently. I told Ms. Tyson to please keep an eye on it and it was never paid attention to. So it comes to find out that the ladies in the room would not change him often. It got so bad that I had to take him to the ER because his rash cracked and started bleeding. I was so upset that I couldn’t trust them anymore and I had to stop working so I could tend his issue. Another incident my son came home with a busted lip and scraped gum. I was so livid that I immediately went to them a little after 7 pm and pounded on the door. Mr. Isaac sent me home without a response. Soon after he sent me a video that my son fell which I appreciated because all I wanted to know is that it was an accident and not abuse. Accidents happen, it’s okay. I was upset at the fact that I wasn’t notified of the incident and their response was that the director was not notified about it by the teachers. That’s fine, still I let it slide. After the ER incident I decided to pull him out and I won’t say who said it but , “That’s actually perfect, we’re actually understaffed and need some kids gone or more teachers” Wow just wow. No wonder my kid was not getting tended to. Explains the rash. I switched to another daycare and my god that is when I truly realized that it was the teacher not changing him after so many hours. I was so heartbroken. I’ve never seen a rash in him again. His teachers at oasis were really nice and I loved them but the fact that they were understaffed and couldn’t handle so many kids really should’ve been a priority because look what it caused, a trip to the ER. Ms. Tyson is really great when you get along with her but if things start going south it can get ugly. This place has so much potential. I really enjoyed it at first but now I can never come back here again."
