"When I first decided on getting implants and scheduled a consultation in June, Leslie was very diligent and immediately started working to help me secure the funds needed to pay for them. Within a couple of hours, she had me all set. On my first visit, I met Dr. Kshatri and Janay. They made a very good team. Both were patient and took the time to answer all of my questions with such detail it made me feel very comfortable with my decision on who I wanted to do my implants. Dr. Kshatri was very thorough when placing the implants and placing my temporary dentures. Both times he took the dentures to the lab tech several times until he was satisfied with the fit. On my first followup visit, he had to get the lab tech, Carrie, to repair a chip and then on my second follow up visit, he had to get her to repair a crack. Both the chip and crack were located in the same place on the top implant right at the screw. Not too long after those repairs had been made, the top denture completely broke in the same place in the top right. When I called the office to schedule a visit to get it fixed, I found out Dr. Kshatri had left the practice and I was going to have to wait until someone could be found to come in and see me to get the repairs made. It was very frustrating having to wait and I had to stay on a liquid diet to avoid any more damage. I also had to suffer with the pain and discomfort it caused wearing a broken implant. I recently went back a couple of weeks ago to begin the process of getting fitted for my permanent implants and was surprised when I found out Leslie and Janay were no longer employed there. In my opinion, those ladies, along with Dr. Kshatri, were the reasons that particular office was such a comfortable and trustworthy environment for me. The new dentist, Dr. Jiwani, and the lab tech, Carrie, were the only ones working there. Dr. Jiwani did listen to me as I told him about the problems I had been having with the top implant breaking chipping and breaking several times. He also listened when I complained about the shelf sitting on the roof of my mouth at the back of the teeth being so thick from the repairs causing me to speak with a lisp. He did direct Carrie to make the necessary changes and she did make changes but, it broke again in a different area on the top a few days later. This is unacceptable to me…I am paying a lot of money for implant retained dentures and I should not have to keep having problems because Carrie isn’t doing a proper job of making them and repairing them. Before I decided to do this review, I read through other reviews to see if anyone else had had similar experiences to mine. While doing that, I came across one that was particularly interesting and also very scary. It was very unsettling to find out about the practices of this company and the people working within it. It destroyed what little trust I had in the people working with me and also provided insight on why I have had so many problems with my dentures chipping and breaking. I learned a very valuable lesson about needing to do very thorough research and not just rely on the reviews themselves. It is such a dangerous situation for patients when the company is doing questionable, immoral and unethical practices. It is also places their patients in a very dangerous situation when the company chooses to hire people who have not been properly vetted. This is why I chose to do this review. Any person considering using this office should be able to make an informed decision so they may know what kind of situation they could be walking into. I will not be recommending this office to anyone and will be warning other potential patients if they ask me about them instead."
