"Visted This store on December 6, 2023.. I must say I am very disappointed. I’ve enter the store a while back and had great customer service. My experience yesterday with the store was horrible. No one had any knowledge about Products.. I asked for help on several occasions and was told that someone will be with me, but as I stood around in the store for over 30 minutes, I noticed that everyone was being assisted except me even the new customers that was just entering the store was greeted with a smile and a helping hand.. even with such bad service, I still ended up spending over 80bucks.. I left Micheal’s and went to HOBBY LOBBY and omg what a difference in the environment very friendly staff as you enter the door there were so much help in that establishment. Everyone was so knowledgeable about everything… if I had question they didn’t know about. they found someone who can help me. . … Michael’s do better"
"A very cute store! Lots of arts and crafts, I found some really nice stickers and they had Halloween Decour on sale for 40% off! Also, the staff was wonderful. Will definitely be going back."
"They only had one item out of three I was looking for and when I asked an associate to help, she just said, well, it'd be in the bakery section and if you don't see it, we don't have it. So instead of walking over and pointing it out due to the fact that she was stalking shells. So if I overlooked it and I didn't see it. Then I didn't spend my money there. And I just might not go back. I just didn't feel that she was any help. Wasn't worth me walking back to look. I spent my money elsewhere. When I asked about the other item, she just said. If we do, we'll be in that aisle and pointed. I went to the register paid for my single item that I had and left."
"Pretty good place. Some nice craft stuff and decorations but watch the prices. You're often better off going to hobby lobby, especially for floral! But you can still make some great arrangements here. The staff is often disinterested or standoffish with only a couple exceptions."
