"On 8/14/2022 Malik employee left the door open that they use to go in and out from behind the counter. Coming from the counter getting money and hit my knee. I text him about the incident. He didn't respond. On today at his other store he call his employee to tell me to leave his store and that neither one will service me. All because I sent him a text about what happened. I got hurt in his store because of his employee. That is a safety hazard and I will move forward with legal actions. He also have cameras in his store to witness this behavior. Plus they sale to underage children. It's all about money with him. He doesn't care. He use his daddy license and it's his daddy store.Be very careful because the lady in the store over charge for products in the store and he is aware of it. Please keep and check your receipt ."
"Used to be a frequent shopper until a couple of days ago. No refunds or exchange is fine but when you're selling a product that is defective, you should do what you can as a business to keep your customers happy period. Received an exchange for a faulty product 20mins after purchasing and the same thing happened to the replacement. Are we to stay in the store for an hour to ensure the product works properly??? I might as well have threw my money in the trash. What a waste of money, time and energy. There are exceptions to every rule...period. Unfortunately I will never ever be going back to this place because they can care less about the products that they sell to their customers. Everybody is out to make a quick buck. "THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DON'T SHOP THERE!! Purchased a new vape battery on 3/23/22 and it shorted out on the 29th so I returned and bought a second one on the 30th and it never worked out of the box. When I called the store I was told no refund or returns...in a week I have bought 2 faulty products and spent nearly $100 four absolutely nothing...what a rip off"
