"I went in to just check the place out and was very impressed. I found that they had a vape I had been looking for. Christina was very helpful and even suggested a couple of other vapes that I ended up getting. We joked around while I looked over the products. Will definitely be going back."
"I wish our experience was as good as half these comments left! We spent roughly 400 dollars & sent a friend whom spent over 200...the mod my husband used stopped working after a week of using it he said he would take a loss on it cause he took it to work and could have messed it up in his pocket....The other item never worked not one time!! We called about it once we realized (the next day) we bought from the owner on E walnut he guaranteed us both products were good... we was told the owner is who we purchased it from & that he went out of town...for a week we called and went by there...finally we get in contact with the owners brother and he let us know there is no refunds or exchanges... please be cautious when purchasing from Royal vape! If your one of the lucky one who gets a faulty device you're money is just gone! They may speak nicely but in all actuality they don't care they get the money either way it goes and your just left with a broken device! (Side note) the employees that was working the counter each time after the purchase was nice and explained they wanted to help but couldn't do Anthony without the bosses approval which is understandablethey also left the boss multiple messages letting him know what was going on they told us that they care about their customers and I belive them but the owner don't care!"
"Really great place to shop. Huge variety of juice, lots of different rigs. The staff are really helpful, even if you have been vaping a while sometimes you just want a suggestion, and the staff is always ready to provide first hand experience. The winner and why this is my new favorite shop is the the point system!! They are actually really good and I have had a few free bottles of juice with my points."
