"The owners are nice, but a tad overbearing. They watch you like you're going to steal the machines or something. The inside is very dirty, and needs to be deep cleaned. The area is super sketchy, even though the laundromat I usually go to is right down the same street. It still feels like a completely different area. I'll only go back to this location if it is a very last resort."

"Do NOT go here. Just left with my friend. She used dryers (6, and 7), she went to get her clothes out the dryers and the were extremely hot we didn’t think anything about it we put her clothes in my trunk and I dropped her off home ( no more that 10 mins) when I got home she FaceTime me showing me that her clothes were on fire. I drove back to her house. We called up there the man was extremely rude, so we then drove back up there, lady started locking doors all we wanted was the money she used to dry her stuff back and an apology( was not rude in anyway simply wanted to talk and resolve the issue and have him check both dryers we were concerned it would happen again) but nope instead both owners were rude then pointed to the sign saying use at ur own risk( my assumption is this isn’t the first time someone’s clothes have caught fire hints the sign) so I’m making this post to warn anyone going up there dont use they dryers ur clothes are likely to catch fire and the owners dong care. I suggest going to the one in downtown Covington they much friendlier and way nicer plus ur clothes won’t catch fire"

"The owners are very nice and you can do a lot of laundry for cheaper than you can anywhere else. The owners stay on top of things to make sure the machines run. They take extra care in folding and hanging your laundry when you do the drop off service and the clothes are always so fresh and clean."
