The Mall at Stonecrest

"Not enough quality stores and the store owners/workers hassle you like every 5 steps trying to sell you jewelery, etc. It felt like I was at a fleamarket. Quite a few stores were closed even though it was past 11 am. There are 10+ jewelry stores/kiosks and ladies' club-wear boutiques. I wish there were more quality stores. It's on the bus line, so it's great for teens/young adults who may not be able to afford a vehicle (especially in this economy). It's right across from several other strip mall-like places so you're in a good place to buy food outside of the mall (like Chili's, Smokey Bonez, TGIF, McDonald's, Steak n Shake, etc. There's also a Ross, Beauty Supply store, Plato's Closet, Burlington, Walmart, etc."

"I shop at Oxford jewelers 2 days in a row and the sale men Tabs was a great customer service and smile I had him laughing. 12/24/23. I will be back and bring my friends. Thank you. Ms Deedee"

"I went to the Allure Store on the bottom level near DTLR…that refused to sale me a dress and did not want me to try it on. It is close to my birthday and I was trying to buy a $200 dress and the lady and gentlemen both older tried to tell me I was too big to try on the dress and that I needed a size XL.I have never worn a dress in my entire life in an XL..I run at least 12 miles a week ..I have never been treated with such disrespect at a size 8 in my life. It was almost sinister and it implied racism bc they assumed I did not have enough money to try on the dress..a real life Pretty Woman movie experience. No wonder they have so much merchandise in their store bc they only want to sell it to the Hispanic communit; they think black women are not worth their clothes. I called Mall Management and their response was very weak. I have never been told , a person not even Plus Size or close that I could be denied a dressing room. I wasn’t even asked of my dress size. I requested a medium and they did not allow me to even take the dress to the dressing room to try it on. I am a business owner of 12 years and it was very unprofessional and disrespectful to treat a cst in a such a manner. I could afford a more expensive dress! However, I will not recommend any women of color who doesn’t have a straight up and down flat figure to shop in this store. Pls go elsewhere. Companies such as these are not fit to thrive in an American society with people of different structures. Shame on you as a company! I will be filing many more complaints regarding my experience until I am loudly heard!"

"Stopped in for something to eat in the Food court. Got some very delicious wings from the COZY DELI. Staff very professional and friendly. Got the dry rub lemon pepper, some french fries, ranch dressing and lg Coke. Wings cooked to perfection, nice and crispy on the outside, very juicy on the inside. Food court it self, was pretty clean, as well as the bathrooms. Several eating establishments that where opened, From BBQ, to Fish, Hamburgers, Rice and meat, pretty much you will find something their that will fill that empty void."

"From my experience, so far, I like clean places and this mall is clean. A few locations where I walked inside the mall are very clean. The folks here are also very nice. Good looking businesses too. The coloring is nice and appeing to customers to come and spend.. also a little play ground for the kids, just special."
