"Absolutely the most disrespectful sorry of a human being has ever come in contact with I have spent a lot of money in there and I had to take my rope gold chain to get repaired and when I got it back it was awful I asked if it could be sent back and come back better then that or can I trade it in on another one and pay the difference and he told me to take my Chain and never come back after he screw it up I would never do business with him again and I will tell everybody I know not to give him a dime after spending 500 on the chain that’s how he does u after the smell sorry person and a bad business owner"

"I bought a chain from this place for 125 dollars(thought it was a good deal because it was originally 300). The chain was said by store workers to be a “Gold and Silver mix” and if you cannot tell in the second picture where the chain broke it is actually hollow. Horrible price for horrible jewelry. I bought the chain 2 weeks ago. Also since it broke and I saw it was fake I tested the durability and I could literally break it apart by just pulling on the two ends. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!"

"Do not buy from here I bought my fiancé a ring and were paying up to 1,600 dollars for it but when I took it to be appraised it was only worth 150 Dollars, Multiple diamonds fall out and the owner doesn’t want to give refunds for the faulty jewelry... I called the Attorney General and they didn’t help. Even after they replaced the Diamond with a gray rock that stood out and ( charged us for shipping) and the rock fell out a few days later and just recently another Diamond came out... were seeking legal help bc Selling Fake rings at a High absorbent price is fraud"

"My Coins Matter: This store handles business very poorly. And the customer service is awful without any type of communication skills. Being that I just don’t do drama, I will hit you differently. I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday and everyday until everyone understands that the Black Dollar Matter. We can take out money some where else. They man knew that I asked for solid gold and Not halo gold but he won’t state the fact. "Good deal on a nice piece but don't expect any type of customer service or warranty on there items. The were going to charge me $25 to repair a mechanism in the clasp. They will never get my business again nor would I suggest to do business with them."
