"Don't think they care for black or brown skin people in their store. Went in earlier today not even Greeted. Notice other people came in an was greeed with no problem. But their was one young associate that helped me pretty good. But when she went to ask the manager a couple questions for me she wouldn't even turn around and look at me to answer them. Then process to walk off never at knowledging me as a customer. Pretty sure this doesn't mean much to this store ."
"Definitely not a good place to sell gold. While traveling and needing to cash in a bit of scrap gold (39 years of scrapping gold). I'm not quite sure why I allowed her to profit so well off of me but in a since I was seeing if she would really screw a seller over so bad. My fault for allowing such and she sure did. Probably 6-800 in scrap, she didn't weigh it in front of me, took it to the back room, returned and offered $230, I sold it, my fault but beware, extremely greedy and didn't hesitate making a large profit."
"Had my wedding ring cleaned up and resized. It was beat up pretty good . Picked it up . And it looks like it was brand new . Fits perfect. Would highly recommend this Jewelry store for great pieces of unique items. Very happy."
"I've bought two "estate rings" from Williams Jewelers. The most recent one this past Summer. I was upset when a small diamond had fallen out. I'm happy to report Williams took care of this issue with a smile. I love how the staff is so patient & personable. Sometimes, I just want to browse & these ladies just let me take all the time I want & are happy to show me the beautiful pieces. I highly recommend these fine Jewelers!"
"My husband surprised me with a beautiful new wedding set for our 15th anniversary that is coming up, but I have arthritic fingers and needed them sized. I called and visited multiple jewelery stores and the pricing and turn around times were almost a much as the rings cost and some places were less than pleasant. I called Williams to just ask about ring sizing, and I am so happy I did. The lady on the phone was so nice and sounded as if she would be glad to have my business. They were even nicer in person when I dropped off my rings! The prices were much more in line with what I was thinking and they were ready within the same week. They also have some pieces in their display cases that are so classy and vintage inspired! I highly recommend stopping by to experience exceptional customer service!"
