It isn't a very high end watch (fortunately) but it does have quite a bit of sentimental value to me. In all fairness this is primarily a jewelry store vs a repair place, but I would be very hesitant to bring my high end jewelry here for servicing based on the level of care and craftsmanship I experienced..."
