"Walked in as a cigarette smoker without any knowledge about vaping and the guy working, Ry, was extremely patient and helpful. No pressure sale, just straight up answered all my questions and offered his own insight and knowledge and allowed me time to consider taking the plunge. I came back few hours later and now I'm vaping. Helluva great shop with excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"I love this place. They have a incredible juice menu with a nice price for a B/M Store. And we REALLY should support the community by shopping B/M stores I will say I prefer certain staff members over others. Only one has been subpar and she was not bad just not like the guys. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. We all have them. And I can be a difficult customer because I can't afford to buy all I want so I ask questions about juice because usually I can only buy one or two at a time. But she was still better than staff at other shops. So I will be back and you should go to if reading this. I've been in about 20 shops. This is my second favorite. My favorite is many miles away though. Despite anything I said this is meant as a positive review. Very positive"
